About Us

What We Do

Our physios support and empower children to lead fulfilling lives by achieving what is valuable to them. This could be anything from sitting independently to playing sport with friends. Our physios are dedicated to making a meaningful impact on each child's individual development.

How We Do It

Our physios combine over 30 years of experience, the latest evidence-based techniques and a play-based environment to motivate your child towards their goals. We partner closely with your family and your child's multidisciplinary team to help your child excel in all aspects of their life. Our physios optimise your child's development through seamless care between NDIS, our wide variety of services, and close-knit team.

Who We See

We have extensive experience treating babies, children and teens from birth to 18 years of age. We are grateful to have had the opportunity to work with so many unique children - children with different circumstances, personalities and conditions. See below for a snapshot of some conditions we have experience.

Our Approach

We have over 30 years of experience working with infants, toddlers, kids, and teens.

We know how to engage kids, manage behaviours, and provide kid specific interventions – kids are not small adults!

We're always enhancing our practice by keeping up to date with the latest research.

We use a wide variety of principles such as Dynamic Movement Intervention (DMI), neuroplasticity, and Bobath to treat your child as a whole.

Personalised Care

We will go above and beyond to deliver the best care, like we would for our own family.

Our physios cultivate strong communication between your family, our team and your child's multidisciplinary team.

Why Are We So Passionate?

We are inspired by our own friend, client and colleague's daughter, Dilara

Dilara has shown us that the sky is the limit. Personally and professionally, we've been a part of Dilara's incredible achievements but also the struggles of things like NDIS.

We understand how nerve racking the unknown is, and how a diagnosis can make the future feel daunting. The reality is no one can say for certain the future of your child - your child is writing their own story! We love seeing a child achieve things someone thought they weren't going to be able too. We are so proud to see Dilara try new things like ice skating.

We love what we do

Together we'll laugh, maybe cry and most certainly celebrate. We're here to give your child the best possible therapy and empower you to advocate for your child to have the best possible opportunities.

In the spirit of reconciliation, Paediatric Physiotherapy Centre acknowledges the Wurundjeri Woi-wurrung as the Traditional Custodians of that land where our clinics are located.  We acknowledge the Traditional Custodians of Country throughout Australia and their connections to land, sea and community. We pay our respect to their Elders past and present and extend that respect to all Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples today.
