Fill out the form on the left, and we will contact you to set up a time for an initial consult with one of our physios. If you have already discussed with your physio, skip Step 1 and go to Step 2: Book an Intensive.
The initial consult will be a one-hour physio appointment in person or via telehealth. The aim is to assess and determine the best management plan for your child's unique needs such as the duration of a session and the length of the program.
